Root for the home team!
On another sultry evening in DC, I trekked over to Nationals stadium to watch the baseball game. Having invited 15 of my friends from different social circles, I was pretty occupied trying to catch up with everyone. It was great being able to see everyone that I hadn’t been able to talk to in a few months, but it was a bit of a challenge trying to chit chat with everybody and try to stay in to the game. Unfortunately, the home team lost that evening, but that did not stop my friends and I from having a great evening.
In between the stadium hot dogs, laughs, and the amazing President’s race between Teddy Roosevelt, GW, Honest Abe, and Jefferson, I almost forgot that the Nationals lost. I still stress the world almost. Hopefully next time!
